Age Requirement/Family Plan Policy
Guest must be 18 years of age or older to check in.
Children over twelve years are treated as adults, and an extra person charge per room may apply. Children twelve years and under will receive discounted meals at the buffet and stay free with parents using existing bedding.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Restricted childcare services are provided by the hotel associates upon request. Please contact the resort at (66) 75 637 271-4 or contact at reception desk for more details. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required.
Connecting Room Policy
Guest may request connecting rooms, however, the resort cannot guarantee the availability of connecting rooms until a day prior to arrival, requests maybe made through in the special request field on the booking page, through resort direct via email at reservation@aonangvilla.com or guest can be requested based on availability at check-in. Please contact the resort directly for more information
Credit Card Policy
American Express, Visa, Master Card, JCB are accepted. Please note that the resort does not accept debit cards due to bank restrictions. The credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount for your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the resort will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Currency Policy
All rates are quoted in Thai Baht; foreign credit card will be converted to Thai Baht according to the local currency exchange rate at the time of check-in.
Dress Code
Resort casual wear is required in all restaurants and bars. Topless sunbathing is not allowed by the pool area and beach, as it violates local laws and customs.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the resort prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. The departure date must be changed no later than check-in to avoid an early departure charge.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding, at an additional cost, can be requested when making the reservation.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please call the resort directly to purchase or redeem gift certificates.
Late Checkout Policy
Late check-out requests are granted based on availability. Guests checking out between noons to 4pm will be charged 50% of one night’s current room rate, while a late check-out anytime after 4pm incurs a charge equal to one night’s current room rate. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Occupancy Policy
The maximum capacity for guest rooms is three persons, 2 adults and 1 child. Rollaway beds are available for upon request with additional fee
Payment Policy
A valid credit card and matching photo ID is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If guest is paying cash, a deposit in addition to the room rate and equal THB 1,500 per day for incidentals will be collected at check-in, with any remainder refunded at check-out.
For payment arrangements via a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel directly at least 72 hours prior to guest’s arrival.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Pool Policy
Pools are open from 7am until 7pm due to pool safety regulations. Swimmers in the pool do so at their own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for injury or the loss of property around the pool area.
Restaurant Policy
Opening days and times of the resort’s restaurants and bars may vary according to season and weather. Advance reservations are recommended for all restaurants. Some dinner reservations require a 24-hour notice, and a cancellation policy applies.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in all areas of the resort, except in designated smoking guestrooms and smoking public areas.
Visa/Passport Policy
A 30-day visa granted at airport immigration upon arrival is required for most nationalities. Longer stays require a visa from the Royal Thai consulate in the guest’s home country. Check with a travel agent for more information.
